WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Each team will have HALF of 8 foot buffet table to brand, decorate, and display in whatever manner you please. Get creative! You may expand ​upwards, but you may not go beyond the width of your marked 4 foot section.

  • Event will begin promptly at 5. You should arrange to arrive and check in by 4:00 PM. The cut-off time is 4:15 PM SHARP. No eggs arriving after 4:15 ​PM will be eligible for judging.

  • Plan to make a minimum of 2 dozen whole eggs, dividing each egg into 4 servings. You will need to put aside servings for the judges, and not every ​attendee will eat every egg, but if you make more eggs, more people will get to try them. I will keep you updated regarding numbers.

  • Entries will be judged by event attendees and by a panel of Buffalo celebrity judges from a variety of backgrounds.

  • Please feel free to walk around and sample your competitors’ entries!
